Reimbursements

All Shareholder Track Physicians are eligible for the reimbursement benefit. Please make copies of your receipts prior to submitting.

Receipts must be submitted no later than 60 days after your first day in order to be reimbursed.

The Reimbursement Process

The PPQA department handles reimbursement for all medical licenses, CDS, DEA and hospital privileges. Reimbursement requests are submitted electronically to the PPQA department through “License & Affiliation Reimbursement”. Note: Please wait 7-10 days after your start date to submit your expenses. If you submit before 7-10 days, your login credentials may be rejected.

All of your miscellaneous fees (transcript fees, verification fees, profile fees, postage, etc.) are now reimbursed through the OneLink system.  You will receive information about this system after your date of hire.
