We are committed to helping you build a long and successful career with the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG), and this website will provide you the resources you need to get started.

Please note that obtaining licenses (State license, DEA, & CDS) could take up to six months please start the process with our Concierge team at MAPMG-Physician-Services@kp.org

Licensing

All Physicians need to apply immediately for medical licenses in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia if not currently active.

Our physician services team offers a concierge program to assist with licensures. As part of the service our team will assist with submitting applications for licenses and can pay fees directly; however this program is a partnership. Physicians will still need to complete application components timely, provide support documents and passport photos, request license verification from other states, and follow up with educational institutions, etc…as needed.

Meet the requirements for tri-judisdictional licensing and credentialing.

  • As part of the on-boarding process, we use OneView, a cloud-based platform, to securely and efficiently capture the necessary information to start getting your licensed and credentialed to provide exceptional care to our members.
  • You will receive an email from Modio Health(message@modiohealth.com), with instructions on how to complete your profile. It is imperative that you complete your profile via OneView so we can initiate your applications for medical licensure, CDS, DEA and (re)credentialing as needed. You can access this request via your phone, tablet or laptop (we recommend Google Chrome browser)
